Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

When is body contact allowed?

"Body Contact" is a a fundamental part of the Sport (using you hands, stick and body together to defend). These skills are introduced appropriately and different ages.

"Body Checking" is introduced at the 10U (novice) age group and above.

Are there "All Girls" Teams?

We are giving it our best & we are joining the Greater Saskatchewan Movement to Promote & Encourage Female Participation in Lacrosse both Box &/or Field. We have a complete program waiting, including New White Jersey's, for a group of Ladies to Pick Up & Play!!!

We need 8-10 ladies for a team 8U &/or 15+ for 10U, or older, teams. We can also pull from the entire SE to make this happen!! There are All Female Teams in Regina & Saskatoon for us to play too!
